Greek Yogurt Parfait
A parfait is a simple way to turn a tub of plain yogurt into something that feels like a treat. Here, thick Greek yogurt is layered with berries and sliced banana, then finished with pumpkin seeds for crunch and a dusting of cinnamon. Add a small drizzle of honey if you like it a little sweeter.

Instructions
Step 1: Spoon about half of the yogurt into a glass, jar or bowl.
Step 2: Add half of the berries and half of the banana slices.
Step 3: Repeat with the remaining yogurt, berries and banana.
Step 4: Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and cinnamon over the top, then drizzle with honey if using. Serve right away.
Tips
To pack it for later, keep the seeds in a separate small container and add them just before eating so they stay crunchy.
Plain yogurt lets you control the sweetness. Ripe banana and berries often add enough on their own.
Sunflower seeds or hemp seeds work in place of pumpkin seeds.
Storage
Best eaten right away. An assembled parfait without the seeds can be covered and refrigerated for up to 1 day.
